မြို့ပြအင်ဂျင်နီယာဘာသာရပ်မှာ အခြေခံလူနေမှုအဆောက် အအုံများဖြစ်သော လမ်းတံတားများ၊ ရထားလမ်းများ၊ ရေကာတာများ၊ ဆည်မြောင်းတာတမံများ၊ ရေပေးဝေရေး စနစ်များ၊ ရေဆိုးမြောင်းများ၊ လူနေအဆောက်အဦးများ အတွက် ဒီဇိုင်းတွက်ချက်ခြင်း၊ ဆောက်လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်သဘာဝ အခြေအနေနှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေဖြစ်အောင် ပြုပြင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော ဘာသာရပ်များအကြောင်းကို သင်ကြားသင်ယူရခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ A.G.T.Iသင်တန်းတက်မြောက်ပြီးဆုံးပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ပရောဂျက်များအတွက် မြေနေရာ၊ လမ်းကြောင်းရွေးချယ်ခြင်း (Surveying)၊ ကုန်ကျစရိတ် တွက်ချက်ခြင်း (Estimating) ၊ တည်ဆောက်ရာတွင် အလုပ်သမားများ စနစ် တကျဖြစ်စေရန် လမ်းညွှန်မှု ပေးနိုင်ခြင်း(Supervising in brick-laying, carpentry jobs and concrete works) စသည်တို့ကို ပြုလုပ်နိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ သင်ကြားဖွင့်လှစ်ပါသည်။
